Refund & Return Policy

The following is a general guideline for the return and exchange policy of ChristiStudio.com:

  • Before sending any returns or exchanges, please contact us at christistudio.
  • All returns or exchanges must include all accessories, documentation, and other items that were originally shipped with the product.
  • Returns are free of charge, except for shipping fees, if organized by Christi Studio upon your written request.

Return Policy: Unused products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at christistudio to process your return. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Only the return shipping costs, VAT, and Duties of your country will not be eligible for a refund. If the product is received in its original condition, we will refund your full purchase amount within 30 working days after receiving the return. If the product is damaged or altered in any way, we will quantify the costs and only deduct the imputable costs from your refund.

Exchange Policy: Defective or damaged products can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at christistudio if you believe you have a defective product. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order confirmation, watch reference, description of your setup (including photos and videos if available), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect. If the product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will exchange the product free of charge. If we determine that replacement is not practical, we will provide a refund.

Reporting Shipping Damage: If your product is damaged during shipping, please report it to us within 3 days of receipt. Please email us at christistudio and include a description of the damages along with pictures and videos if possible. Once we determine that the damages occurred during shipping and were not caused by other circumstances, we will arrange for the damaged product to be replaced free of charge.
